Our team understands the importance of timely and fair reporting. This is why we assign a Case Manager concierge to all Workers Comp cases to ensure all reports are sent to you within 24 hours and advise on future visits. We are experts in determining if an injury qualifies as a Workers Comp injury as well as those that do not. We explain in detail the suggested course of treatment and outline the timeframe of recovery. We keep you up to date on whether or not patients are compliant with their treatment protocols. We work directly with you to return the patients to work as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible. When restrictive duty is available, we will clearly delineate function restrictions.

Our Concierge Team can also work with Case Managers to assist in determining when/if an FCE would be beneficial and needed to be arranged and most importantly discuss Maximum Medical Improvement.
