Jacqueline Ann Gray, PA-C, is a member of Summit Health’s Primary Care team. Ms. Gray collaborates with other internal medicine providers to see and treat adults in the Primary Care setting. She helps with health maintenance, surgical clearance, sick visits, and coordination of care with specialists. Utilizing her experience in orthopedic surgery, bariatric surgery and anesthesia, Ms. Gray provides comprehensive care to her patients.

Jacqueline ensures her patients feel heard and their questions answered in every patient interaction. "I don’t want them to leave the visit unclear on the plan," she emphasizes. This patient-centered approach contributes to her passion for problem-solving and connecting with patients through evidence-based medicine. Her goal to have a fulfilling profession and a desire to help others prompted her to pursue a healthcare career. She enjoys applying the science of medicine through human interaction and collaboration.

Away from work, Ms. Gray enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She has a passion for gardening, travel, exercise, and reading.
