Dr. Fou is a leading breast cancer surgeon who practices at Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group) in Rye, NY, and is also currently serving as Chief of Oncology. She pioneered a program for this community nearly two decades ago that availed patients with any breast concern immediate access to consultation and diagnosis by a breast surgeon. Dr. Fou is dedicated to sharing innovative technology and minimally invasive techniques for safe, early, and accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Dr. Fou aims to combine evidence based oncological principles with aesthetic planning using her oncoplastic background in a multi-disciplinary approach with her colleagues to achieve the most satisfactory outcomes for her patients. Dr. Fou has a special interest in caring for high-risk women and their families and contributes to research in the cure for breast cancer.

Dr. Fou has three amazing daughters, inherited two brilliant sons and is a creative chef, an artist, and amateur gardener. She is a Trustee of The Ursuline School in New Rochelle and is a Phi Beta Kappa scholar who graduated from the University of Dallas as a biochemistry major, summa cum laude. She earned her medical degree at the University of Houston Medical School in Texas and completed surgical residency at the New York Medical College, was accepted as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, proceeding to complete a breast oncology fellowship at the Columbia University Medical School as their second Women At Risk Fellow.
