Lauren Lynn, APN-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Summit Health. She was born to help others and found her calling in healthcare. Combining her empathy, compassion, and medical knowledge, she has been able to help others on another level. 

Ms. Lynn worked as a medical surgical nurse for 10 years at Overlook Medical Center in Summit NJ. Upon achieving her Masters of Nursing from Walden University, she began working as a hospitalist for Summit Health at Overlook Medical Center. Her knowledge base grew as she cared for patients with many complex comorbidities and illnesses. 

Ms. Lynn understands the fear that often accompanies a medical visit. She plays an active role in patient connections that can alleviate concerns while facilitating healing. She says, "I enjoy making clinical decisions that help formulate quality care plans." She is dedicated to each patient's overall wellness and will always be an advocate for each patient and his/her family members. Every patient is her priority, and she believes that each patient is unique and special. 

When not caring for patients, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her daughter Maddie Mae who keeps her very busy with her extra-curricular activities. She enjoys the warm weather when she can play in the dirt planting flowers while enjoying the sunshine on her face. She is very passionate about supporting Military Veterans as her husband Sean is a US Army vet.
