Pamela Donetz, MD, is a member of Summit Health’s Primary Care team. As a Family Practice physician, she enjoys the broad variety of illnesses seen in family medicine and the focus on caring for multi-generational families. Dr. Donetz sees all aspects of healthcare and particularly enjoys the educational aspect of preventive medicine.

Dr. Donetz's expertise is the care of patients from adolescence to geriatrics. She believes in developing a good patient relationship and empowering patients to be proactive in their healthcare. By providing education and guidance tailored to a patient's individual needs, she can improve their health.

“It is very important to listen to the patient to understand their needs and to treat their illnesses, including physical and emotional difficulties. The patient needs to know that you are compassionate about helping them,” says Dr. Donetz. It is in this approach that she develops close relationships and earns patients’ trust.

When not at work, Dr. Donetz enjoys many activities with her family and friends, including traveling, boating, and flying.
