Sheel Chokshi, MD, is a member of the Summit Health Internal Medicine team. As a primary care physician, Dr. Chokshi treats adult patients with a wide variety of diseases, focusing on lifestyle changes and creating an individualized health care plan for every patient. She also provides preventive health and screening services.

Dr. Chokshi believes in creating a patient-centered health care plan that caters to the individual’s needs. She is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with her patients based on open communication, respect, and trust.

Outside of work, Dr. Chokshi enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
