Susan Barrett, PA-C is a member of Summit Health's Hospitalist Medicine team. She ensures that hospitalized patients receive the care they need. She is integral to communication between patients, their primary care providers, and their specialists. Ms. Barrett helps patients with hospital admissions, discharges, and follow-up care. Prior to joining, Ms. Barrett worked at a preventive medicine practice in Manhattan and also as a hospitalist at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. With a strong background in both preventive and acute care, Susan appreciates the importance of early intervention and disease prevention.

Ms. Barrett is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants.
