Craig Landzinski, PA-C, is a member of the Summit Health Cardiology team. His fascination with the field started at an early age when close family members developed various cardiac conditions. Seeing how the disorders affected not only the person who was ill, but other family members, made him passionate about medicine and helping those in need.

In his practice, Mr. Landzinski focuses on disease prevention, as well as the treatment of acute and chronic conditions including hypertension and heart failure. He believes that promoting a healthy lifestyle, including physical activity and a well-balanced diet, is paramount. For those who already have developed a condition, he also focuses on treatments or lifestyle changes that can allow an individual to optimize their quality of life.

Mr. Landzinski values education during a patient visit. He says, "Being in the know about what is happening to one’s body, knowing what can be done to prevent issues, knowing why certain treatments or tests are being done allows for a seamless shared decision making with each person." Helping people live their life to the fullest is what he enjoys most about his work.

Outside of work, Mr. Landzinski enjoys traveling with his wife all around the world, hiking, cooking, and is an avid gamer. He is especially passionate about causes such as the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. He participates in fundraising events and has served in various roles for these organizations.
