Dr. Longobardi is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She received a bachelor of arts degree from Wellesley College, where she majored in biology. She was awarded her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her post-graduate training as an intern and resident at Babies and Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian and served as chief resident in pediatrics.

Most recently, she was a pediatrician in private practice and partner with Westchester Pediatrics in Hartsdale, NY. She is an instructor in clinical pediatrics at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and an attending pediatrician at White Plains Hospital. She currently serves as the medical director for the White Plains School District and is a medical consultant for The New York School for the Deaf in White Plains.

Dr. Longobardi has admitting privileges at Children's Hospital of New York (CHONY) and White Plains Hospital.

She joined Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group) in August 2014.
