Ms. Alyssa Wall, APN, WHNP-BC is a Summit Health Nurse Practitioner focused on Women’s health and high-risk obstetrics. She pursued a career in health care out of a desire to help others achieve the best outcomes and optimize their health.

Her area of expertise is Women’s health and OBGYN and her clinical areas of interest focus specifically on educating teens, young adult sexual health and access to health care. Ms. Wall’s philosophy encompasses “listening to patients, helping them achieve their best health. I value the patients’ opinions regarding their own body and I like to work on a health plan together with them. I enjoy educating patients, and I think when patients get an explanation minus jargon, they are better equipped to take charge of their health,” she says.

Most important to Ms. Wall when seeing patients is to establish a good rapport and connection to help the patient feel comfortable. She mostly enjoys seeing the smile on a patient’s face when she has been able to help treat them.

When not seeing patients, she enjoys hiking, traveling and Pilates and is a proud mom to a daughter and a bunny rabbit. Ms. Wall is also passionate about improving maternal health outcomes and is interested in educating the community about cervical cancer testing and prevention.
