Dr. Haas is board certified in internal medicine. She received her bachelor of arts degree from Tufts University, where she graduated with honors as an English major. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine internship and residency at Montefiore Medical Center. There, Dr. Haas was inducted into the Leo M. Davidoff Society for Outstanding Teaching.

She joined Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group) in April 2006. Her special interests include women's healthcare and preventive medicine. She has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the NCQA Diabetes Program for Excellence in Diabetes Care. Dr. Haas is affiliated with White Plains Hospital. She is a member of The American College of Physicians.

Dr. Haas lives in Armonk, NY with her husband, an orthopedic surgeon, and her two sons.
