Rebecca Rosen, MD is a member of Summit Medical Group’s Hospitalist team. She specializes in treating geriatric patients with both acute and chronic health care needs in the hospital and nursing home settings. “I’m passionate about helping the older population. My goal is to maintain my patients’ quality of life, but I also strive to keep families, their ultimate caretakers, well-informed throughout that process,” says Dr. Rosen.

Prior to joining Summit Medical Group, Dr. Rosen worked as a geriatrician for a large medical group in California and was a member of the geriatric and primary care services at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Jewish Home Lifecare in New York City.

Dr. Rosen is board certified in geriatric and internal medicine. She completed her fellowship in geriatric medicine at The Mount Sinai Medical Center after completing residency in internal medicine and primary care at George Washington University Medical center in Washington DC.

Dr. Rosen is a former grant recipient, contributing to the national curriculum for geriatric medicine. When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with family and singing in choir.
