Dr. Finegold is board certified in gastroenterology and joined Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group) in 2009. He graduated cum laude from the University of Miami in Florida and received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training as well as a fellowship in gastroenterology and an advanced endoscopy fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in Manhattan.

Some of his many clinical interests include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Barrett's esophagus, peptic ulcer disease, celiac disease, occult gastrointestinal bleeding, colon cancer screening, colon polyp surveillance, liver disease, hepatitis C, and inflammatory bowel disease. He performs all general endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy and capsule enteroscopy. He is one of the only gastroenterologists in Westchester to endoscopically treat Barrett's esophagus with radiofrequency ablation.

Dr. Finegold is also a gastroenterology attending physician on staff at White Plains Hospital and Greenwich Hospital.
