Christina Vassallo, APN, is a member of Summit Health’s Endocrinology team. Ms. Vassallo focuses on adult endocrinology including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid disease, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), osteoporosis, and obesity management.

Ms. Vassallo believes in listening to her patients with empathy and providing education. She leads with communication and is dedicated to ensuring that patients understand their diagnosis and health care plan.

“Living with chronic illness can be challenging,” said Ms. Vassallo. “In order to lessen the burden, I endeavor to understand my patients’ individual struggles and individualize a plan for them as much as possible.”

Outside of work, Ms. Vassallo enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family.
