Kelly McNally, MD, is a member of the Obstetrics and Gynecology team. She focuses on obstetrics, contraception, family planning, and gynecology. Dr. McNally is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai West where she served as the OBGYN PGY4 Resident and Administrative Chief.

Dr. McNally has a passion for working with women and believes in advocating for her patients and creating a trusting patient-physician relationship. Dr. McNally believes it is important that all patients’ questions have been answered, that they understand their current medical condition and know the next steps in their care, and most importantly that they can trust her as a person. “As an OBGYN, it is a privilege that I can form lifelong relationships with my patients,” said Dr. McNally.

Dr. McNally is dedicated to addressing global health matters. She has traveled to Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Uganda to help expand access to women’s health services and participate in expanding access to minimally invasive surgeries in these places.

“I have the unique opportunity of being able to care for women throughout their reproductive years, delivering their children, and then continuing to work with them throughout the menopausal transition.”

Outside of work, Dr. McNally enjoys traveling, water-skiing, walking her dog and hiking.
