Stephanie Bavolar Baker, FNP-BC, is a member of Summit Health's Dermatology team. She has always had a passion for helping others and believes that healthcare is one of the most rewarding professions. 

Stephanie specializes in dermatology. She treats patients with a wide range of skin conditions and concerns. She believes in the importance of fostering high-quality patient-provider relationships and treating every patient as if they are family or friend. 

During a patient visit, Stephanie believes it's essential to make patients feel comfortable and ensure their concerns are being addressed. "It is important to take the time to listen to your patients and answer all questions as well as provide proper education," she says.  She is extremely passionate about providing education to her patients.

What Stephanie enjoys most about her work is being able to meet new people and make a difference in their lives. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her husband and family.
