Arthur Carminucci, MD, FAANS is a board-certified Neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, and robotic spine surgery.
Dr. Carminucci treats degenerative conditions of the spine, neck and back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, spine fractures, and spine tumors using various techniques, including microdiscectomies, decompressive laminectomy, minimally invasive instrumented spinal fusion, and robotic spine surgery.

He then attended medical school at Rutgers: Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where he was drawn to neurosurgery, in particular surgical and non-surgical care, the developing technologies in the field, and the ability to help patients through compassionate care. He went on to complete Neurosurgical Residency training at Rutgers: New Jersey Medical School. During his residency training, he completed a focused research year in the laboratory studying translational therapies for the treatment of brain tumors.
He has participated in numerous research studies in the area of spine surgery and brain tumors, and has been published in a variety of journals including, The Journal of Neurosurgery, Neurosurgery, and Journal of Neuro-Oncology.
