Dr. Sanchez is board certified in internal medicine. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree in biology from Yale University. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and completed her residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Her work experience includes conducting research at laboratories at the National Cancer Institute, Yale University and the University of California at Irvine.

Dr. Sanchez joined Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group) in June 2006.

She is fluent in Spanish, and she is affiliated with White Plains Hospital.
