Preparing for Your Child’s Pediatric Gastroenterology Appointment

You should bring the following to your child’s first appointment:

  • Prior lab or test results (blood work, stool tests, endoscopy and colonoscopy reports and pathology reports, CT scan/ultrasound reports)
  • Growth charts (if applicable – if your child is being seen for poor weight gain or obesity)
  • A list of all medications your child is taking
  • For infants under 6 months, please bring a stool diaper for sample testing
