Former patients of New Jersey Urology or Westmed Medical Group are also able to access their patient portal accounts by selecting your provider’s office location using the dropdown below, or by using the quick links below this message. While New Jersey Urology and Westmed Medical Group are now “Summit Health”, our systems are still being integrated, so it is important that you select the office location where you receive care in order for you to access the correct Patient Portal.
