Berkeley Heights, NJ, February 14, 2022 – Summit Health today announced the addition of board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OB/GYN) specialist Dr. Donato S. Russo.
Dr. Russo has over twenty-five years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. OB/GYN is his passion, and he has delivered over 4,000 babies in Union County over his professional career. He is steadfast in providing exceptional care and has helped empower his growth as a leading OB/GYN physician in Union County. Dr. Russo is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).
Dr. Russo was raised in Orange, New Jersey and received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois. He then relocated back to New Jersey with his wife and children to complete his residency training at Saint Barnabas in Livingston, where he became a Chief Resident. During his residency, his main focus was on research in infertility associated with high-risk pregnancy. He later became an attending physician at Saint Barnabas, where he was responsible for teaching resident physicians, medical students, and nurses. Dr. Russo will also be joined by Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Oladayo T. Pratt.
