Nicole Mack MS CCC-SLP, is a lead member of the Summit Health’s Speech Therapy team. She specializes in Pediatric Speech Pathology. She evaluates and treats language disorders, articulation disorders, motor planning disorders, fluency disorders and auditory processing disorders in young children, adolescents, and young adults.

Ms. Mack believes in treating the child as a whole. Her top priority is to ensure they feel successful and confident, no matter their age, while achieving their speech goals. She strongly advocates for collaboration with the child's 'team' which includes family, pediatricians, audiologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, teachers, and other professionals.

"Most importantly, I want the child to feel like they want to come back," she says. "And of course, I want to have clear communication with the family regarding what our mutual goals are." Ms. Mack finds immense joy in cheering for a child who has accomplished something they have worked so hard on and then seeing their surprised and proud face!

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Mack enjoys spending time with her kids and family, getting to the gym, and vacationing as much as possible. She is especially passionate about children and their well-being.
