Mr. Charles graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a bachelor of arts in communication. He was awarded his master of social work degree from Fordham University.

Prior to joining Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group), he was a therapist a Four Winds Hospital in Katonah, NY. In this position he provided direct clinical services including individual, family and group therapy to children and adolescents.

Currently he is a therapist at Summit Health providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

Mr. Charles is member of the National Association of Social Workers.
