Jenny Lopez Martinez is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) experienced in psychology and pedagogy from the National Pedagogic University in Bogota, Colombia and earned her Master of Science in mental health counseling from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY.

Prior to joining Summit Health (fromerly Westmed Medical Group), Ms. Lopez worked several years as a clinician and care manager at the Mental Health Association of Westchester. In this role, she treated children, adolescents and adults for a variety of disorders, including those designated as seriously emotionally disturbed and seriously mentally ill. Ms. Lopez also provided support and case management to patients experiencing homelessness and hardship by connecting them with services in the community.

In addition to English, Ms. Lopez speaks fluent Spanish. She is also a member of the American Counseling Association.
