Dr. Vyskocil is board certified by American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Detroit where she received her BS in chemistry. She was awarded her medical degree from Wayne State University and did her internship in OB/GYN at Hutzel Hospital, which is affiliated with Wayne State University. She went on to do her residency in OB/GYN at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University and Prentice Women's Hospital in Chicago.

Dr. Vyskocil is affiliated with White Plains Hospital Center. Professional memberships for her include American Medical Association, Westchester County Medical Society, and Fellow, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In medical practice since 1995, Dr. Vyskocil worked in Texas and Arizona before coming east to Port Jefferson, New York. She has practiced in Westchester County since 2001 and joined Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group) in February 2010.
