Dr. Michael Snyder is a board certified pediatric cardiologist. He received his undergraduate degree at Williams College in Williamstown, MA and was awarded his medical degree at Cornell University Medical College. He completed his residency in pediatrics and his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at The New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Snyder cares for patients with congenital heart disease starting from in utero and through adolescence and specializes in fetal and pediatric echocardiography.
An Associate Professor in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Columbia University, Dr. Snyder has had an academic medical career spanning more than 30 year. Previously he was Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Cornell University Medical College. He has authored more than 15 medical and academic papers and has taught as a lecturer and service attending at institutions including Cornell University Medical Center, Westchester Medical Center and The Children's Hospital of New York.
He has consistently been named to the NY Metro and Fairfield County Top Doctors list by Castle Connolly.
