Ms. Jacoby is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Fairfield University and received her Bachelor of Science from Skidmore College.

Prior to joining Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group), Ms. Jacoby worked at Norwalk Hospital Sleep Disorder Center where she was responsible for treating patients with insomnia disorders using her training in behavior sleep medicine. She also worked at Neuropsychology Consultants in Norwalk where she treated patients in individual, couples and family sessions using talk therapy, neurofeedback, bio-behavioral techniques and pharmacology. She has specialized in working with the caretakers and siblings of children/adults with special needs.

Ms. Jacoby has presented at various conferences and is certified as a Zengar Neuroptimal Neurofeedback Provider.
