Alexandra Badie, PA-C is a member of Summit Health’s Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team. Ms. Badie provides treatment for a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, including those that affect the shoulder, knee, foot, ankle, and spine. She assists orthopedic surgeons with various procedures and is skilled in providing joint injections.

Ms. Badie’s patient care approach involves the biopsychosocial model, which recognizes various factors unique to each patient, as part of recommending a course of treatment. She takes pride in ensuring her patients understand their conditions and treatment options, and she finds fulfillment in being part of their recovery. “I enjoy getting my patients back to what they love to do, whether it’s walking their dog, going on a hike, or running a marathon,” she says.

Ms. Badie enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and going on walks with her husband and dog in her free time. She also is involved with a volunteer organization that serves people in need through soup kitchens and other assistance.
